MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The person occupying this position will be in charge of the e-commerce strategy, budget, team and sales target of the company, managing directly pure player accounts and developing the e-commerce sales of our Brick&Click customers together with sales team in order to reach the company objectives.

The Head of E-commerce reports to Sales Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and lead the implementation of the Coty e-commerce strategy on the different customers working closely with the sales, marketing and finance areas.
  • Lead e-commerce team and KPI’s dashboard.
  • Manage the Pure Players Accounts with direct responsibility on sales and profitability of the accounts.
  • Budget department accountability: definition and control.
  • Negotiation with third parties.
  • Adapt the national marketing plans to the e-commerce strategy.

COTY IDEAL FIT IDEAL FIT

  • Experience leading E-commerce teams minimum 3 years
  • Experience with Amazon Platform (Desirable)
  • Digital marketing experience (CRM, 360 plans, Omnichannel, pixel, etc)
  • Negotiation skills
  • Good communication skills

  • Entrepreneurial and "hands-on" spirit, fast execution
